TV-6 Convenes Its Shareholders On January 14
An extraordinary meeting of TV-6 shareholders will be held on January 14, as earlier planned. The meeting will consider the liquidation of the television company. According to TV-6 spokeswoman Tatiana Blinova, the meeting's agenda consists of six issues. All of them were included prior to today's court decision. The Board of Russia's Supreme Arbitration Court upheld the ruling of a lower court on the liquidation of TV-6.
