General Meeting Of TV-6 Shareholders Foiled

The general meeting of TV-6 shareholders that was scheduled for today did not take place because of the insufficient number of shareholders present, Tatyana Blinova, head of the TV-6 press service, announced in an interview with RBC. She noted that representatives of three companies that own shares in TV-6 did not come to the meeting, including LogoVAZ. As we reported earlier, participants of the meeting were going to discuss the liquidation of the TV-6 television company according to a decision of the board of the Supreme Arbitration Court. The head of the TV-6 press service reported that the TV-6 board would set the date for the next meeting of shareholders within the next 30 days.
