Alexander Dzasokhov re-elected president of North Ossetia

According to preliminary results, Alexander Dzasokhov has won the presidential election in Russia's North Caucasian republic of North Ossetia.

As of 6 o'clock in the morning Moscow time, the republic's current president drew 56.22% of the votes, reported the North Ossetian Central Election Commission.

Stanislav Suanov, the deputy Emergencies Minister of Russia, comes second with 28%.
