Adviser Of The Russian President Speaks About Introduction Of Euro Cash Circulation

The introduction of the euro cash circulation in 2002 will not greatly influence the Russian economy, believes the Russian president's economic adviser, Andrei Illarionov. According to him, the euro cash will hardly oust the US dollar from circulation in Russia any time soon, because, as distinct from the euro, the dollar has a long history.
