Russia was amply offering intelligence information and opened its territory for US air transits to Central Asia, he said in an interview with Baltimore Sun, which the paper carries in a retelling today. As far as Mr. Rumsfeld knows, Russia has not forwarded military advisers to Afghanistan after October 7, when armed action started on the anti-terror operation, he added.
