Work To Do Away With Consequences Of Violent Snow Cyclone In Maritime Territory Going On Round O'clock

The work to do away with the consequences of the violent snow cyclone which raged in the region is going on in the Maritime Territory (the Russian Far East) round o'clock. During the past night the communal services of the capital of the Maritime Territory, Vladivostok, cleared the streets of snow. In the morning on Wednesday the trams and trolley-buses began to operate on their routes, and the passenger motorboats and ferry-boats move according to schedule, carrying people to the coastal bays and nearby islands. Intertown bus traffic has been resumed. The emergency-repair teams of power workers are completing the elimination of the numerous accidents at the power transmission lines on the Vladivostok - Nakhodka section. The servicemen of the Pacific Fleet and of the Far-Eastern military district are helping the emergency, road and communal services of the Territory.
