Chilean Couple Killed its Seven Babies

Local authorities reported that a couple of poor peasants killed its seven children as could not feed them. Babies were killed between 1995 and 2002 only hours after born and buried in locations close to Santiago, Chile's Capital City.

Judges reported that filicides do not show any special mental condition. It also became known that justice couldn't sue the couple until bodies are found. "Without corpses we cannot prove the crimes", investigators said to the local press.

Prosecutors ordered the exhumation of corpses according with the information provided by the couple after admitting charges.

Implicated persons are Ramon Pardo, 45 years old, and Carmen Lopez, 25. Both will remain arrested until investigations finalize. Mr. Pardo said that they killed the babies because they had enough money to make them grow up.
