KamAZ to be UN official supplier

The KamAZ automobile producer has become a UN official supplier, the press service of the company reported. This means that KamAZ will have authority to directly deal with UN divisions without any mediation. The company will also be able to participate in all UN tenders for buying automobiles and other products.

This week, the plant presented its products to a delegation of the UN Secretariat for material and technical support of peacekeeping operations at a testing ground of the Russian Defense Ministry.
