RAO UES Board of Directors to have meeting next week

On December 27, 2002, the Board of Directors of RAO UES will consider a program of the energy holding's export activities in 2003, the public relations department of RAO UES told RosBusinessConsulting. The Board of Directors is planning to discuss issues regarding RAO UES participation in the non-commercial foundation Global Energy, preliminary results of the work of RAO UES consultants in 2002 and some other questions.

Participants of the meeting will also discuss questions of restructuring the Boguchansk hydroelectric power station and financial support to Ulyanovskenergo.
