Citibank, ING Bank and Societe Generale to be managers of credit to Norilsk Nickel

Norilsk Nickel has appointed Citibank N.A., ING Bank N.V. and Societe Generale managers of a syndicated credit for pre-export financing worth $250m, the Norilsk Nickel press service reported. This credit will be allocated starting in January 2003. It will be spent on refinancing the company's current short-term debt and general corporate needs.
