As of today, there are no unsettled issues among RAO UES, deputies of the State Duma and members of the Federation Council, regarding the packet of bills on reforming the electrical energy industry, head of Russia's energy grid RAO UES Anatoly Chubais stated to journalists in the upper house today.
On December 18, the State Duma will discuss six bills on reforming the electrical energy industry on the second reading. Chubais reported that during joint activities with deputies and senators, 1,800 amendments were coordinated. "I do not know what else could emerge; everything has been invented, discussed and decided. Today, we are speaking the same language with deputies and senators", the head of RAO UES pointed out.
