Russia and EU to consider gas supplies today

Questions concerning Russian gas exports to Europe will be discussed today at a round table meeting of Russia and the European Union. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Khristenko and representatives of Gazprom will take part in the meeting, which is to be held within the framework of the Russia-EU energy dialogue.

As it was reported earlier, at the November summit of Russia and the EU, Khristenko said that this dialogue was a key question in the development of relations between Russia and Europe, pointing out that Russia was going to broaden this energy dialogue.
