LUKoil issues Eurobonds totaling $350m

LUKoil has finished the placement of its Eurobonds totaling $350m, the press service of the company told RosBusinessConsulting.

As it was reported earlier, the issue of Eurobonds that can be converted to Global Depository Receipts (GDR) started on November 19, 2002. Initially it was planned to issue securities totaling $270m. However, due to a favorable situation on the market, organizers of the issue decided to increase it to $350m.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International Ltd. and Warburg acted as the leading managers of the issue.
