VimpelCom unsatisfied with Mobile TeleSystems' new advertising

VimpelCom is considering the possibility of appealing to the Anti-Monopoly Ministry. The reason is Mobile TeleSystems' advertising campaign. At the same time, Mikhail Umarov, head of the press service of VimpelCom, told RBC that the company was not planning to file a suit against MTS.

Yesterday, VimpelCom declared that MTS was misinforming mobile users about its new tariff scheme JEANS. According to representatives of VimpelCom, MTS violates the law in advertising in its advertising campaign "All and at once".

At the same time, a representative of MTS told RBC that the company was ready to submit "an explanatory note" to VimpelCom.
