Federal Frontier Service says what happened to Russian "Tulun" trawler is still unclear

Russia's Federal Frontier Service, or FPS, has said it is still unclear what actually happened to the Russian Tulun trawler.

The incident was most probably a result of a property dispute between two ship-owners claiming the vessel, the FPS press centre suggested Wednesday. "To confirm or disprove the report that the fishing vessel was seized by gunmen will only be possible when it is returned to a Russian port," said FPS.
