Sibneft's shareholders approve company's informational policy

A special meeting of Sibneft's shareholders, which was held by absenteevote, has approved provisions of the company's informational policy. Theseprovisions stipulate a list of documents and information that can beprovided to any interested person, the press service of the oil companyreported. In particular, it is proposed to publish a list of affiliatedpersons at the end of a reporting year, annual accounting reports made inaccordance with Russian accounting standards, annual and six-monthconsolidating reports made in accordance with US GAAP, the company's annualreport and a conclusion of an audit commission on annual reports. Theapproved document also stipulates the definition of the inside and secretfinancial information and the terms of its use.At today's meeting, shareholders approved amendments to Sibneft's charterdue to the joining of the trading company Argus. .
