Some experts also pointed to the fact that theCentral Bank did not carry out currency interventions on the Interbankmarket in the first half of today's trade. Due to increased balances atcorrespondent accounts at commercial banks, the one-day ruble credit ratedecreased to four percent by 12:00, which may result in an advance in thedollar rate at the afternoon session.Currently, the dollar rate of tomorrow deals is not exceeding 31.65 RUR/USDon the interbank market.
