The objective of the forum is to coordinate and organize scientific cooperation between professors and teachers of institutes on matters of administration, administrative management, local legislation.
Every year members of the International forum held several meetings during which they consider different problems of state administration and training of civil servants.
According to Ayatskov, "10 years ago it would have been impossible to hold such a meeting."
