RusAl to float bonds on domestic market tomorrow

Russian Aluminum Finance, a subsidiary of the Russian aluminum giant RusAl(Russian Aluminum) will float interest-bearing documentary bonds on theMoscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) starting on September 11, 2002,the MICEX press service reported. This will be bearer bonds, series RA01,with obligatory centralized storage. The volume of issue will be 3bn rubles(about $95m) at the nominal value of 1,000 rubles (about $31.62). The bondswill circulate for 1,097 days and will be redeemed on September 12, 2005.This bond issue stipulates six coupon payments: on March 12, 2003 (18percent), September 12, 2003 (18 percent), March 12, 2004 (12 percent),September 12, 2004 (12 percent), March 12, 2005 (10 percent) and September12, 2005 (10 percent). The bonds will be sold by Trust and Investment Bankand Rosbank..
