Vneshekonombank to buy Roseximbank shares valued at $50m
Vneshekonombank will acquire an additional share issue worth $50m made byRoseximbank, Vneshekonombank First Deputy Chairman Nikolay Kosov toldreporters today. He stressed that this deal was "at quite an advanced stageand would be finalized during this fall." According to him, all thenecessary documents have already been submitted to the AntimonopolyMinistry, which will give his say on the deal very soon.
