Dollar rate to move over RUR31.6 this week

According to commercial banks' specialists, last week was very calm for theRussian foreign currency market: the Russian Central Bank sold dollars, andthe dollar rate virtually did not change. On the other hand, experts pointout this month the ruble stands to weaken a little against the dollar, andthe dollar exchange rate may grow, although not very much.
