General Electric may participate in RAO UES's investment projects

Leonid Melamed, deputy chairman of RAO UES, and John Rice, president ofGeneral Electric Power Systems, agreed to create a joint task force thatwill examine the possibility of General Electric's participation ininvestment projects of RAO UES, the public relations department of theRussian energy holding told RBC. The task force will be coordinatinginformational exchange and will be in charge of questions of trainingspecialists of RAO UES.
