It was agreed that Rosbank will establish the limit of crediting for the region at the rate of up to 1.5 billion rubles. If necessary, the money can be used for overcoming a so-called cash gap and to secure financial stability in the region. Rosbank said it was also ready to finance some projects on an off-budget basis in the following spheres: timber cutting, agriculture, delivery of supplies, and the purchase of fuel.

In addition, Rosbank chairman Yeugeny Ivanov says the bank is ready to perform a consulting role in the program of financial recovery of the regional enterprises; the program is currently being developed by the regional administration. The Rosbank chairman highly estimated a draft anti-crisis program developed by the team of the new Krasnoyarsk governor. Yeugeny Ivanov is sure that if the program is successfully realized, the Krasnoyarsk region will quickly regain the position of Russia’s most dynamic and the most investment attractive region.
