Foreign investors sell Russian oil shares

As expert of GUTA-Bank Konstantin Svyatny pointed out in an interview with RBC, foreign investors have continued selling shares of Russian oil companies today. As a result, the index is currently falling. However, the specialist stressed that not all oil blue chips were dropping. For example, shares of the Surgutneftegaz oil and gas company has grown against the fall in LUKoil and YUKOS shares. "The outburst of sales has currently decreased; one should wait and see how the market is behaving till the end of the day. At the same time, RAO UES shares have gone up considerably; Russian trade participants are demonstrating a clear demand for these shares. As a result, the index shows a slight decline on the market", the expert pointed out.
