Russian pop singer Irina Ponarovskaya appears more and more seldom on stage. The reason why is really simple: Ponarovskaya is very involved in the fashion business right now.

Irina Ponarovskaya has always been interesting and special in Russia for her immaculate style and elegance. All Russian stars envied her unique jewelry. Even when she did not wear her necklaces or rings, she always caught other people’s attention with her outfits, hairstyle, and makeup, which was done by Sergey Zverev (most famous Russian stylist).

Many people told her that she should work in the fashion business. Ponarovskaya thought about it for a while and then launched her collection of fancy clothes. Irina Ponarovskaya’s fashion house has been operating in the USA for six months already. Irina has been designing clothes for a longer period of time: three years. She has already managed to sign a profitable contract with Americans.

There are rumors that the Russian signer designs clothes for a troupe of a New York theatre. Irina took part in a Fashion Week in Milan, and she shows up at other fashion shows as well.

She has recently had an incident with customs. There were several dresses in her luggage that she was taking from a fashion show. Customs officers arrested her luggage and fined her with a some that was several times as larger than the cost of the outfits.

Irina failed to convince the officers change their minds, and she claimed that she was going to leave the country. Now, Ponarovskaya is in New York again. Who knows, maybe we will lose a talented singer and a fashion designer because of customs agents.
