RAO UES to float bonds on MICEX

The Russian energy giant RAO UES of Russia will issue its bond on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) today. The volume of the issue will be 3bn rubles (about $95m), a source in the Trust and Investment Bank, the manager of the issue, reported to RBC.

RAO UES will issue 3 million documentary interest-bearing bearer bonds at the nominal value of 1,000 rubles (about $31.55). The bonds will mature in 1,095 days. The issue will include six coupon payments at the rate of 15 percent a year.
