Federation Council launches new web site

The Federation Council made a decision to announce a tender for creating a new web site, Sergei Mironov, speaker of the upper house, told journalists Tuesday.

According to the speaker, a winner of the tender will become the designer of the new site of the Federation Council on the Internet.

The current site does not suit the senators at all, Mironov said.

The sources in the upper house staff reported that the current site of the Federation Council does not correspond to modern requirements.
