Russia to send another humanitarian convoy to Ukraine

Militias of the People's Republic of Luhansk said that they started handing out the humanitarian aid received from the Russian convoy to residents of the city of Luhansk.

"The distribution of humanitarian assistance will be conducted in 28 points in the city," the press service of the republic said. The points will work approximately from 08:00 to 12:00 MSK considering possible attacks of the city by Ukrainian security forces.

The press service noted that the food received from the convoy would be distributed only for free.

Russia is going to send another humanitarian convoy to the south-east of Ukraine. the convoy would be sent on the same route and in the same parameters. The adequate agreement is to be reached already this week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We want to agree all conditions for the delivery of the second convoy on the same route, the same parameters, with the participation of Ukrainian border guards in the near future. We are convinced that this should be done already this week," Lavrov said.

According to the minister, Russia has already sent a note to inform Ukraine of the intention. Sergei Lavrov stressed out that the trucks of the humanitarian convoy had transported solely humanitarian goods. All the vehicles returned to the Russian Federation, the minister added.
