The thickness of the layer of snow in Moscow is expected to grow twice over the upcoming weekend on December 7-8. It will also become colder as temperatures continue to gradually go down below zero degrees Centigrade, weather forecasters say.

The Moscow weather in the coming days will depend on the cyclone, the center of which is moving from the Baltic territory to Russia's Pskov. It will bring snowfalls, blizzards, and colder temperature to central Russia.

On Saturday, December 7th, daytime temperatures will fall to 2-7 degrees below zero. On Sunday, it will become a bit colder, but it will be perfect weather for walks in the fresh air. The height of the snow layer over the weekend is expected to grow by 10-11 centimeters.
