Putin to speak on patriotism and corruption in his 9th Address to Federal Assembly

Vladimir Putin is expected to deliver his Address to the Federal Assembly today, December 12, at 12:00 MSK. It is expected that the address of the president will focus on the economic development of the country and the strengthening of moral and spiritual values.

About 1,000 people were invited to the Kremlin: the administration of the country, governors, community leaders, heads of confessions, First Channel reports.
