President Putin intends to discuss measures to expedite the constitutional process in Chechnya with Chechen representatives

Vladimir Putin received an appeal of Chechen politicians, elders, religious leaders and businesspersons to the people of Chechnya.

According to the President's press service, the RF President intends to discuss soon the proposals made by the authors of the appeal aimed at expediting the constitutional process in Chechnya and achieving accord in the republic.

A number of Chechen political activists, religious leaders and businesspersons addressed the people of Chechnya emphasizing the importance of faster realization of the constitutional process in the republic.
