The Yakutian authorities will assign 20 million rubles to support the youth projects, The Rossiiskaya Gazeta wrote. According to the terms of the contest, the realization of the ideas is supposed to show a positive influence on the whole settlement. The head of Yakutia established the grants at the end of 2010, so it is the second time when the contest is being held.
