United Russia wins parliamentary elections

United Russia wins parliamentary elections. 46041.jpegRussia's Central Election Commission has processed 92 percent of votes as of Monday morning, Dec. 5. United Russia, the ruling party, has gained 49.67 percent of votes, Nikolai Konkin, the secretary of the commission said.

The Communist Party of the Russian Federation gained 19.13%, Just Russia - 13.18%. The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia - 11.66%.

United Russia is the leader in all entities of the Russian Federation. In Chuvashia Republic, for example, the ruling party gained 43.73%.

In Kabardino-Balkaria, the party gained over 80% of votes. The communist Party follows next with 18.17%. Other parties in the republic received less than one percent of votes, RIA Novosti said.

In Bashkiria, United Russia is the leader with 70.5%. The second place belongs to communists - 15.65%. LDPR and Just Russia come next with 5.2 and 4.5 percent of votes respectively. Patriots of Russia received 0.54%, Yabloko - 1.25%, Right Cause - 0.39%.

By 8:00 a.m. the Central Electoral Commission has processed 93.27%. United Russia gained 49.72%, CPRF - 19.15%, Just Russia - 13.16%, Yabloko - 3.21%, Patriots of Russia - 0.96%, Right Cause - 0.59%.
