Militants who seized school in Beslan, bide their time while they await orders

The terrorists are probably biding their times as they could await some orders, says the president of Association of Alpha veterans Sergey Goncharov. He said that the main problem is that the terrorists do not agree to have negotiations and do not let anybody in the school. The bandits are biding their time while they are awaiting orders from their superiors. Mr. Goncharov considers negotiations, not the attack on school, the only solution to the problem.
