A large cache with an arsenal of arms, including an anti-aircraft system, was found in the Shchelkovsky district of Chechnya, RIA Novosti was told in the Joint Group of Forces in the North Caucasus on Friday.
By the source's information, the cache was found in the forest five kilometers from Kobi village on the day before as a result of operational-search activities. As a result, the law-enforcers found a ZU-23 anti-aircraft system, two flame throwers, 12 grenade launchers, four machine-guns, 30 Kalashnikov submachine-guns, two pistols, nine shot guns, 19 artillery shells, 13 mines, more than 140 rounds for grenade launchers, 26 grenades, more than 3,000 cartridges of different calibre, over 10 kg of TNT, 17 fuzes, and 16 radio stations.
