Chechen woman, 20, carrying explosive material, seized in Moscow

A 20-year-old woman from the Chechen village of Naurskaya was taken into custody here Thursday by agents of the Anti-Organized Crime Agency. She was said to have been carrying almost 200 grams of plasticide, an explosive, on her person. She was arrested at 20:20 Moscow time Thursday in a building at 16 Vernadsky Prospect, Rosbalt was informed by the Internal Affairs Ministry.`

The investigation is continuing.
