Three marines wounded in Chechnya explosion

Three marines were wounded as a result of an explosion in the Vedeno district center, a source in the Joint Group of Forces in the Northern Caucasus told RIA Novosti Monday.

"Yesterday afternoon an unknown device blew up when three prime movers drove along Lenin Street," the source said.

Three servicemen were injured; they were hospitalized. Investigation is underway.
