Two people were killed and two dozens injured in the blast near the Federal Security Service (FSB) building in Manas, Ingushetia (a constituent member of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus), Ingushetia's Interior Ministry reported.
Meanwhile, according to the FSB press service, no deaths were reported. A dozen of people were injured, according to them.
Ingushetia's Interior Ministry reported that a bomb track blew up near the FSB building around noon.
The blast tore away the roof and partially destroyed some constructions. Windows in the nearby government house were brought.
