Three Chinese detained on Russian border

Russian frontier guards detained three Chinese citizens who illegally crossed the Russian state border, the Russian FSB Pacific Frontier Department reported.

The offenders crossed the state border on two separate stretches and moved to Primorye, Russian territory adjoining to China.

According to the offenders, they crossed the border "in search of a better life." The detainees are in a pre-trial detention center and after the investigation they will be handed over to the Chinese authorities.
