Terrorists have shot dead four policemen in Chechnya's Urus-Martanovsky district, the Federal Security Service department on Chechnya reported on Wednesday.
According to the source, the murder was committed last night not far from the Komsomolskaya village. "A group of armed people stopped a police car, firing at the policemen from an automated gun, and disappeared," a security department representative stated. All victims worked for the Chechen Interior Ministry, he added.
The circumstances of the accident are being investigated.
