Two Chechen Fighters Detained on Terrorism Charges

Two suspect terrorists were detained in a mopping-up operation across the Shatoi District of Chechnya.

As RIA Novosti learned Saturday from the press service of the regional department of the operative staff on the antiterrorist operation in the North Caucasus, the Jabrailov brothers, Nurali and Khavans, from the Itum-Kalinski District, are suspected of complicity in the recent terror attack on a local police department. Legal proceedings have been instituted against the two men, the press service reported.
