90 children and 7 adults were hospitalised, the Department of Information of Russian Emergencies Ministry disclosed on Monday to a RIA Novosti correspondent.

As it was reported by the Emergencies Ministry, the breakdown occurred on April 17th in the course of the balancing and commissioning works at the plant for secondary gas stabilisation and the propane-diethyl mixture container of the Lukoil-Volgograd oil refinery. Three educational institutions were in the contaminated area, the Emergencies Ministry reported.
