At Least 25 Journalists Are Missing in Bagdad Rocket Attacks

At least 25 journalists mainly from television stations 'Al-Jazir' and 'Abu Dhabi-TV' are missing after they fell into intense cross-fire from the anti-Iraq coalition on Tuesday in Bagdad.

According to Rosbalt, the incident occurred in the southeastern region of Bagdad not far from the Iraqi Ministry of Industry building. According to several reports, the reporters ended up in a zone where there was uninterrupted bombings and rocket attacks. The journalists gave an SOS signal and asked international humanitarian organizations to get them out of the area of crossfire. However, U.S. soldiers confirmed that evacuating the journalists from the region would be 'extremely difficult.'
