Federal forces destroy group of terrorists in Chechnya

In the course of a special operation a six-man strong group of terrorists was destroyed in the Kurchaloi district of Chechnya, reported the press-service of the Department of the Federal Security Service for the Chechen Republic on Thursday.

According to the information received, the special operation was carried out on the previous day in the Tsotsin-Yurt settlement. During the check up carried out there, the group of bandits tried to break out of the settlement blocked by the federal forces. During the clash the bandits who offered armed resistance were killed.

No losses were registered among the servicemen, the law-enforcement bodies will have to establish the names of the killed separatists.
