All safe in Baghdad? American convoy is bombed
Iraqi insurgents attacked American troops convoy on the west from Baghdad. In the two explosions three American soldiers were killed, 13 injured. Three Iraqis died too. American military has not yet commented the accident.
Iraqi police does not confirm death of Americans. Reuters informs that the majority of the killed were Iraqis. Some information agencies, however, quote an Iraqi police officer claiming one American soldier was killed by explosions.
On Friday there was another explosion by a Baghdad mosque. Twenty people were injured.
