A 13-year-old pupil has stepped on an unknown explosive in Grozny, the Chechen capital. As the Chechen Interior Department reported to RIA Novosti the bomb exploded at 7.30 p.m. yesterday in Grozny's Oktyabrsky district. As a result, Masayev, a 13 year-old local boy, was rushed to hospital with numerous shrapnel wounds. The law-enforcement agencies are looking into the accident.
