Russian Prosecutor General's Office has extended the deadline for the case of entrepreneur Mikhail Zhivilo till June 5. The businessman is charged with an attempt on the life of Aman Tuleyev, Kemerovo region /Siberia/ governor. Senior assistant of the Novosibirsk region's prosecutor Konstantin Antokhov told a RIA Novosti correspondent about this on Thursday. In his words, this move is due to the fact that there is still no decision on Zhivilo's extradition from France to Russia. The official expressed hope that the French authorities would decide within two weeks on extraditing the entrepreneur who is to face trial. The first hearings in the French court are slated for May 16 in the Paris Palace of Justice. The hearings will adopt a final ruling on the extradition of the businessman who is being kept at the Sante Prison in Paris.
