Tajikistan: Russian Frontier Guards Kill 3 In Skirmish, Find Secret Arsenal

Three armed men were apprehended by Pyanj frontier unit patrols last night in an attempt to penetrate Tajikistan from Afghanistan across the Pyanj river.
