24th Person Falls Victim To Terrorist Act In Mineralnye Vody

Doctors failed to save the life of the 61-year-old Emilia Chuprova, who had been severely wounded by a blast at the marketplace in Mineralnye Vody (in the North Caucasus) a month ago. She had been in the emergency department since the blast, with her life being dependent on a resuscitation device, doctors of the hospital said. Emiliya is the twenty-fourth victim of the act of terrorism that took place in Mineralnye Vody on March 24. The 76-year old Vasily Dekansky, hospitalized with a wound, died of a heart attack just the day before. Doctors believe that his death was provoked by emotional sufferings he had experienced during the blast.
