Coalition Which Comes Out In Favour Of The Republic's Independence Wins Elections In Montenegro

The "Victory Belongs to Montenegro" coalition which comes out in favour of the republic's independence won the extraordinary elections in Montenegro. RIA Novosti reports that according to preliminary data of the centre for observing the elections 42.2 percent of the electors voted for this coalition. The "Together With Yugoslavia" coalition received 40.3 percent of the votes. The republican electoral commission reports that 73 percent of the electors took part in the elections.
